Zéphyr unfolds as a Triple Ipa, inspired by the Greek god of the west wind, a gentle breath of myth that brings warmth and quiet change. Brewed in collaboration with our dear friends at Prizm, this beer layers Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Riwaka into a luminous haze of tropical fruit, gooseberry and citrus. On the palate, it drifts soft yet intense, with white wine notes, green lime and ripe passionfruit. Zéphyr moves like wind through clouds, finishing dry, bright and endlessly drinkable.
