A rich blend of four distinct bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stouts. Conditioned on nncho, cascabel, mulato, and pasilla de oaxaca chiles, cacao nibs, hickory nuts, cinnamon, and vanilla beans. Brewed to honor the centeries-old Mexican culinary tradition of mole, Chemesthesis features a spicy, sweet, roasty, and complex profile. We’re back to chasing the famed ‘Mole’ character! This batch was a blend of a number of our beloved brands that layered together to create a canvas ripe for our treatment. We settled on a blend of Dark Apparition, Temple of Minerva, Bound by Dust and Beyond the Moat that presented sweet chocolate and rich caramel undertones.
