Blueprint (Idaho 7)

Two new beers in our Blueprint series! The idea is simple: we keep Citra and Mosaic as a small backbone and put the focus on one other hop. Same base, same approach, but a completely different beer depending on the hop in the spotlight. This time we brewed two versions. Idaho 7 brings pineapple, stone fruit and a slightly dank edge, while Sabro takes it in a different direction with coconut, tangerine and ripe tropical fruit. Both are 8.5% Hazy Double IPA's, built on a soft base of pilsner malt, wheat, oats and chit malt. Two beers, one Blueprint. Best way to find the difference is probably to try them next to each other.
