We love celebrating with big beers but we also love being able to sit and enjoy a few pints with our mates without worrying about our heads (too much at least) so we’ve replicated our birthday QIPA but in a lower, softer format. Using the same hop grist as our 11th Birthday QIPA this DDH Pale brings you our characteristic (actually double, and not just twice hopped) fuller hop profile to a more sessionable beer using the Clean Fusion ™ process developed by Nick at One Drop Brewing Co. We believe a sessionable beer should be clean, juicy and soft and this 5% DDH Pale delivers on it. White peach tea from the Idaho 7 blends with fresh green grape, ripe melon rind and a slight floral yet peppery aftertaste from the Motueka. A delightfully clean and refreshing sessionable pale.
