Beschreibung
This beer is all about chocolate and roast, complemented by warm oak spice and subtle vanilla sweetness from charred bourbon barrels. To further elevate the mocca profile of this wonderful stout, we blended in organic coffee and chocolate from our neighbourhood roasters Paul&Bohne. We selected an organic blend built around Arabica and Robusta beans. The coffee brings a creamy, full bodied aroma of roasted nuts, dark chocolate and rich espresso character, without harsh acidity. The chocolate of course comes from Zotter, who only supply the finest quality cacao that’s completely organic, fair and traceable. The cacao nibs add a full flavoured chocolate layer; deep, smooth and bittersweet.
