When it comes to those incredible Oat Cream beers we’ve spent the last twelve months developing and advancing from our taproom to commercial release, it’s all about utilising the hop varieties that pair best with the soft, fluffy and sweet mouthfeel that sets the base of this rapidly growing arm to our brewing journey. It’s safe to say Dolcita has firmly settled itself as a staff favourite here at Polly’s, and the peach rings, caramlised pineapple and creamy coconut notes are straight up built for use in an Oat Cream beer. Utilised in its Cryo, Lupomax and Prysma form, this beer is positively bursting at the seams with all those incredible flavour notes laid on top of a pillowy Polly’s pale ale.
