Toasted walnuts, sticky dates and dark muscovado sugar come together in a rich dessert stout inspired by traditional walnut date cake. Muscovado brings layers of treacle, toffee and molasses, while dates add deep dried-fruit sweetness. A Maris Otter malt base lays down warm biscuit and muffin-like richness, giving all those decadent flavors a sturdy foundation.
