Beschrijving

Ridgeback B.A. 2026 is our classic Barleywine, aged for months in hand-selected barrels from J.M. Rhum Martinique, Cerise Whiskey, and Whiskey from Stokerij De Molenberg. During its time in barrel, the beer developed rich and complex layers of dried fruit, caramel, vanilla, warming spices, and oak, complemented by subtle notes of tropical rum. The result is a rich and warming Barleywine with incredible depth and complexity. Best enjoyed slowly, as every sip reveals another layer of its long aging on oak.
