An Exclusive Blend of Barrel-Aged Barleywine Ale 15th Anniversary Barleywine Ale is a blend of 18 and 30-month old barrel-aged barleywine ale aged in Heaven Hill® bourbon barrels. ABV: 15.4% IBU: 25 Color: Hazy, ruby brown Aroma: Strong oak character. Caramel, toffee, brown sugar, molasses and vanilla, dried fruit, nutty aromas & whiskey. Flavor: Mildly sweet, gentle bitterness, subtly umami and moderate lingering sweetness. Medium body, some tingling carbonation, a definite alcohol burn, some astringency and mildly mouthwatering.
