An imperial wheat stout aged in Willett, Heaven Hill and 1792 bourbon barrels for 23 months. This is one of three core wort streams that makes up our barrel aged stout program. The malt base contains a significant portion of wheat, which imparts a delectable body, texture and mouthfeel that we absolutely love to have in our stout program. It’s a challenging beer to make, but the reward is well worth the effort. We are thrilled to be able to bring it to you now in all its unadulterated glory. We hope you love it as much as we do.
