Peach Apricot D.B.V.S.O.J.

Built from the last fourteen barrels of April’s Peach Brandy [Barrel] D.B.V.S.O.J., this version is embellished with both fire-toasted French oak, and unfermented peach & apricot.  The nose is layered stone fruit, with peach coming from both barrel and fruit, flanked by malty caramel, and oaken, smoky vanilla from the medium-slow fire-toasted French lumber.
