Mirage

Malty, hoppy, bitter, crystal clear.. this beer is definitely different from what we have been brewing recently. We used Pilsner and english malt to give a bready base supported by some classic hops (Chinook and Columbus) to give a gentle bitterness. We slightly dry hopped once with Comet and Citra for a touch of fruitiness. Finally crystal clear and easy to drink ? Pretty well balanced between something more classic, malty but still hoppy. An appropriate beer for Autumn ?
