PARASOMNIA is a heavy one. We pushed it as high and thick as 44 plato, landing on a mesmerising 17% ABV, giving it more than one year to mellow out and enhance its aromatics on different barrels. A heavy sleeper, yet still whispering dark hymns through the darkness. RED WINE BA CINNAMON 2025 - with a warm, musty twang and soft dark spices from the barrel, rounded up by rich, woody cinnamon sticks Water, Malted barley, Oat flakes, Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Hops, Cinnamon, Potassium Metabisulfite, Yeast
