The last beer in our 10 years edition-series is a true classic for fans that have known us from the start: Billiard! Built on a rich malt base with oats and roasted malts, this Imperial Oatmeal Coffee Stout features a blend of Peru and Ethiopia coffee from Sprout Coffee Roasters that brings notes of dark chocolate, marzipan, and berry. Aromas of toasted grain and dark chocolate rise first, followed by gentle fruit tones from the coffee, while a smooth, rounded body from the oats supports the roast character and the stout’s strength provides steady warmth and structure.
