COLLAB WITH SKELLIG SIX18 DISTILLERY The second in the series of collaborations with Skellig Six18 Distillery Co. Kerry on the Wild Atlantic coast. An Imperial Stout crafted with the use of 10 malts, with added Irish dillisk lends a tone and sense of place. The lightest hint of sea spray. The extended maturation time in Skellig Six18 Triple Cask Potstill Ex Bourbon Barrels applies layers of fruity / spicy notes with an underlay of vanilla.
