Rêves Électriques
Personally, when I hear "Electric Dreams," I picture myself peacefully sitting in my bath, waiting for my cheerful Toaster to join me, along with its friend, the power bar. Bath time is so nice! Or, my electric dreams are those of forks connecting me to the AC/DC of the wall sockets. Just talking about it makes my hair stand on end! Yet, upon waking from these electric dreams, the wonderful team at Sir John had (literally) a stroke of genius. We called the great crew at Wills in Mile-Ex, with whom we had just collaborated for their anniversary, to invite them to brew an IPA. Together, we created this beautiful and smooth hoppy IPA with Citra, Citra Cryo, Dolcita, and Mosaic. Smooth, with a lovely fruity note reminiscent of citrus, stone fruits, and tropical fruits, Rêves Électriques is electrifying, whipping your blood with the energy of renewal and the fleeting beauty of a sip lingering on your tongue!
