Our Scheepstimmerman tripel has matured for nearly 18 months in magnificent Palo Cortado casks. This rare sherry from Jerez, Spain, adds elegant, nutty notes that are beautifully balanced with the Belgian spiciness. Soft hints of oak make the beer recognizably barrel-aged.
